DIRECTOR, WESTERN NEW YORK

Micah Colbert serves as the discipleship pastor at Community of Grace Church in Williamsville, NY. He also trains African ministry leaders as an international theological educator with ABWE. He and his wife Debbie have four children: Clara, Hudson, Owen, and Lawson. Micah received his Doctorate of Ministry (D.Min.) from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2024. In his free time, Micah enjoys making french press coffee, reading, football, playing games with his family, campfires, and hiking the Pennsylvania Wilds.

CO-DIRECTOR, ROCHESTER

Zach Hanje is the lead pastor of Beacon Hill Church in Rochester, NY. He is married to his beautiful bride Kiley and has 4 crazy and incredible kids. Zach received his Masters in Christian Leadership (M.A.) from Dallas Theological Seminary and is passionate about theological development and global missions for the sake of Jesus being known both near and far.

CO-DIRECTOR, ROCHESTER

Aaron Kelley serves as the associate pastor at Journey Church in Rochester, NY and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Systematic Theology from Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary. He and his wife Cheyenne love serving together in ministry and have one baby boy. Aaron enjoys developing leaders for gospel ministry—launching small groups, street evangelism, and mission trips that mobilize believers to make disciples. He views theological training as essential, merging pastoral insight with academic depth to shape students who proclaim Christ faithfully. 

DIRECTOR, ELMIRA/ FINGER LAKES

Matt Bedzyk is the lead pastor of Emmanuel Community Church in Elmira, NY where he has faithfully served in many capacities for most of his life. He received his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and he co-leads the Reformation Society of Western New York. Matt and his wife Brianna have four children: Lorien, Owen, Vivian, and Simon. In his spare time, you can find him brewing coffee, enjoying music, quoting Frasier with his wife, and dancing with his kids.

DIRECTOR, ALBANY

Caleb Nedimyer serves as the Lead Pastor of Kings Chapel in Glenmont, NY. He received his Masters of Theology (Th.M) degree from the Southern Baptist Seminary in 2023. He and his wife Liz have four children. As a family they enjoy traveling, hiking to waterfalls, and reading together. Growing up in Buffalo, Caleb learned to enjoy pizza and wings, the Bills, the Sabres and the New York Mets. To relax and recharge, he enjoys reading the Puritans (particularly Jonathan Edwards), browsing bookstores with Liz, running trails, and working out.
